The S.E.A. Practice
Want to connect to yourself better? Grow your self awareness by learning how to communicate with your body so you can release pent-up tension and feel more balanced.
When we suppress our emotions and ignore the sensations they offer in our bodies; they only begin to talk louder and louder, often manifesting in pain, illness, and other physical conditions. Learning the unique language our bodies speak is incredibly valuable in healing the nervous system and the body.
This 6-module practice is be led by Danielle and includes a variety of resources, lessons and sources for you to continue your healing journey beyond the scope of this class.
